Job Description
Job description An engineering service company is looking for financial and accounting manager. The successful candidate will report to financial controller and be in charge of the overall accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all functions within the Accounting and Finance Department, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger reporting, Fixed Assets, Costing, and Banking.
- Prepare and manage the budget, 5-year plan, and cash flow reports.
- Control foreign exchange, major projects, and the month, quarter, and year-end closing processes.
- Handle both local and international reporting.
- Prepare general tax reports.
- Coordinate with Revenue Department officers.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors.
- Manage all bank transactions.
- Recheck and review payment vouchers weekly, and send them to the Financial Controller and Managing Director for approval in the system.
- Generate weekly reports for cash flow, sales, and OI, BCF.
- Conduct month-end reporting, upload data to SAP, and prepare projections, financial statements, and BOJ5 reports.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in finance
- Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong command of both spoken and written English, with proficiency in MS Office applications
