CGP Thailand is now partnering with listed manufacturing firm hiring for Finance & Accounting Director position.
Job Summary: The Finance and Accounting Director will plan and direct the finance & accounting activities while interacting as business partner with internal business units.
Supervisory Responsibilities:- Manages the accounting staff who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, costing, and budget preparation.
- Recruits and hires accounting and financial staff and conducts performance evaluations.
- Coordinates training programs for new staff and identifies training needs for current staff.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, financial reporting, and tax planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accounting principles.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to foster professional development and optimize performance.
Required Skills/Abilities:- Proven track record of financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
