As a
Warehouse Operations Manager / Senior Manager in Third-Party Logistics (3PL), you will be instrumental in orchestrating and enhancing the end-to-end supply chain operations for our clients. This position demands a seasoned leader with a comprehensive understanding of 3PL dynamics, logistics, and a keen ability to drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient execution of logistics services, optimizing processes, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans aligning 3PL operations with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure 3PL strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day 3PL operations, ensuring streamlined processes and optimal utilization of resources.
- Implement and maintain industry-leading practices for third-party logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their logistics needs and ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for operational improvements and expansion of services.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators, warehouse managers, and other operational staff.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize 3PL technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and provide real-time visibility to clients.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance 3PL performance.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and other partners to optimize the logistics network.
- Develop and manage budgets for 3PL operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing operational expenses.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience (8-10 years minimum) in 3PL operations and logistics, with a focus on leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of 3PL industry practices, regulations, and emerging trends.
- Excellent leadership, Good communication in English, and client management skills.
