Oversee talent selection, team training, and performance management for the engineering team at the Thai branch.
Engage in market-related business and technical discussions, identify customer needs, and offer comprehensive solutions.
Manage and analyze market-side technical data to create product demand reports, supporting product planning, quality improvement, and marketing decisions at headquarters.
Collaborate with different product units to complete project designs, oversee on-site installation, commissioning, acceptance, and project delivery, as well as provide after-sales services.
Implement company policies, mechanisms, culture, and other management processes at the Thailand branch.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for those with a background in mechanics, electrical engineering, or tire-related fields.
7+ years of experience in the rubber machinery industry, with preference for those who have worked with international tire companies and have experience building overseas teams.
Strong understanding of industry trends and competitor technologies, with expertise in at least one core rubber machinery product; experience with molding machines and project/team management is highly preferred.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for extended periods.
Proficiency in Thai and English (speaking, reading, and writing), with fluency in Chinese being a plus.
