- Strong knowledge of non-Japanese markets and customer bases.
- Required experience in the logistics industry, particularly in contract logistics and transportation.

Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience in logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of contract logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving business growth.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
