Job Description
Retail Sales Development:- Ensure high customer service standards and operational efficiency.
- Set and monitor sales targets, analyze performance, and stay competitive.
- Collaborate with teams to support all points of sale (POS).
- Maintain stock levels and compliance with operational standards.
Store Operations:- Enhance brand image through visual merchandising, staff grooming, and store upkeep.
- Implement and enforce SOPs across stores.
- Handle customer issues and oversee daily store operations.
- Optimize staff schedules and coordinate with departments for efficiency.
People Development:- Ensure sales team follows service standards and operational practices.
- Improve productivity through coaching, training, and regular store visits.
- Collaborate on staffing and keep teams informed of promotions.
Sales Team Management:- Lead and motivate the sales team, fostering teamwork and performance.
- Provide clear communication on sales techniques and store operations.
- Manage staffing, incentives, and build strong relationships with sales promoters.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales operations or store operations in retail business will received special consideration
- Communicates well in English
- Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Has the ability to think on his/her feet and resolve issues well
