Job Description

Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives for all construction-related activities and entities across the organization, globally.
Leadership and Management:
  • Direct and manage the marketing team in alignment with company performance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop marketing strategies and implement annual roadmaps across all affiliates.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the salesforce to understand their requirements and provide relevant content and tools to support sales efforts.
Digital Marketing:
  • Coordinate with web suppliers and internal teams to develop and maintain the company website, focusing on enhancing traffic, user engagement, and lead generation.
  • Conceptualize and execute virtual marketing campaigns such as webinars and case studies to raise awareness of products and applications.
  • Enhance SEO strategies to improve the company's visibility on search engines.
  • Utilize analytics tools to gather customer insights, monitor market trends, and conduct market analysis.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive lead generation and increase sales conversions.
Content Creation and Distribution:
  • Drive the creation of construction-related content including white papers, case studies, and videos.
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing materials and ensure their availability, quality, and timely distribution.
Market Intelligence and Lead Generation:
  • Implement lead generation strategies through various online and offline channels and input prospect information into the CRM platform.
  • Qualify leads before forwarding them to the sales teams and monitor lead conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with all entities to gather project information, contact details, and competitor insights.
Events and Communication:
  • Manage corporate communication channels including the corporate website, social media, PR, and digital/print publishing.
  • Identify relevant industry exhibitions and tradeshows, organize the company's presence, and tailor communication to target audiences.
Reporting and Qualifications:
  • Measure and report on the ROI of marketing activities to the board of Directors through quarterly reports.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Excellent command of English, proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in modern web standards, SEO, and digital publishing.
  • Familiarity with Adobe CC Suite and MS Office applications.
  • Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and leadership abilities.
