Job Description
Production Division Manager Responsibilities:- Senior level management role with professional and representational responsibilities to the staff and professionals outside the organization
- Direct reporting to the CEO of the company
- Manager of the production division in charge of 4Xtm postlarvae production and its KPIs
- Importation & maturation of proprietary broodstock
- Manage breeding unit to support larvae volume needs
- Production of postlarvae in RAS and flowthrough systems in multiple hatchery units
- Oversee the nursery unit to juveniles
- Directly manage and lead site and unit managers
- Weekly physical audit to each of the operational sites
- Acknowledge and comply with the company’s industrial operational methodology
- Daily monitor the real time data driven KPIs of each unit
- Supervise strict biosecurity compliance in each site
- Assemble and execute an annual production plan and budget
- Improves efficiency through continually improvement production protocols strict data collection
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal science, or equivalent.
- Additional courses in business management or administration are recommended.
- Extensive experience in a farming-related field.
- A passion for aquaculture.
- Good of English specking for presentation oversea teams
- Have own car
- Preferred candidate from manufacturing field.
