Job Description
Key Account Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure ongoing partnership and satisfaction.
- Identify, target, classify, and prioritize current and potential processors for value-added products, aiming to penetrate key companies in Thailand.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, managing day-to-day client interactions and communications.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Leads overall strategic alignment of the organization activities aimed at exploring customer’s needs and requirements
- Contribute to AOP, budget, sales goals, forecasts, and sector objectives.
- Development and execution of plans to meet customer business needs due to internal challenges or changing market conditions.
- Build strong multilevel relationships within selected accounts to promote GL products and solution-selling services.
- Manage projects and collaborate with R&D, QA, CS, and regulatory teams in source unit business countries to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field. Master's Degree is preferred.
- Proven 5+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or a related role in the food industry.
- Strong understanding of the food industry, products, and market dynamics.
- Good understanding of import and export process.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken) is required.
