Plan and manage the entire procurement process, from supplier selection, negotiation, and contract preparation to monitoring the delivery of goods and services.
Evaluate and select quality suppliers based on price, product quality, and after-sales service.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions to secure the best terms for the company.
Review and control the purchasing budget to ensure that all procurements adhere to the allocated budget.
Monitor and analyze raw material usage and inventory to ensure sufficient materials for production.
Develop procurement processes and work methods to enhance purchasing efficiency.
Manage and develop the purchasing team to work effectively and collaboratively.
Prepare procurement performance reports and present them to management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, with proven experience in team management.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with solid knowledge of procurement and logistics processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant purchasing software.
