Job Description
Head of Financial Reporting & Analysis – Retail Industry Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, focusing on key trends, variances, and opportunities for growth.
Drive the development and execution of comprehensive financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting cycles, working closely with Business Controllers and department heads to create precise and actionable financial plans in collaboration with the CFO.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights that support decision-making, enhancing business performance and profitability for the CFO and senior leadership.
Develop and maintain advanced financial models to assist the CFO in evaluating business initiatives, managing risks, and driving strategic planning.
Qualifications:
Experience roles in FP&A with audit background preferred.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI dashboard tools.
