Job Description
Retail Development & Training Manager ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Define the annual training calendar, to support the launches of new products and their displacement. As well as induction training:
- Defines, with marketing teams, the calendar for each semester of the year, including launches and campaigns.
- Update the work plan, including special promotions.
•Coordinate the delivery of Distributed Brands training courses for Sales
(BA), Scent specialist and Area Manager.
- Attend training courses to stay up to date on new releases and products.
- Defines the objective, materials, and contents of the course.
Qualifications • More than 3 years in perfumery and retail/service industry.
• Bachelor's degree in administration or similar.
• Proactive, effective communication, customer service, listening skills, empathic, ability to transmit and share knowledge.
• Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent in English communication and presentation skills.
