Job Description
Head of Global Brand Communication • Develop and supervise the global brand communication strategy to maintain uniform messaging and positioning across all markets.
• Establish the brand's voice, messaging structure, and core communication themes.
• Lead the creation of innovative materials and campaigns for global brand initiatives, encompassing advertising, digital content, and PR materials.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to adapt global campaigns and ensure cultural suitability.
• Cultivate relationships with external agencies and partners to bolster brand communication endeavors.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor actions to shape brand communication approaches.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and operations, to ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning.
• Act as a brand advocate, representing the brand at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
• Manage the brand communication budget and optimize resource allocation.
• Provide leadership and direction to the brand communication team, nurturing a culture of innovation, cooperation, and excellence.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in brand communication, marketing, or related field, preferably in the beauty or luxury industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand communication strategies.
• Strong understanding of global market trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
