Job Description

CRM Manager

• Responsible for CRM strategy, execution, continuous refine the programs and monitor result with good analysis/ROl for all campaigns.
• Leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data in order to deliver relevant CRM programs through multiple communication channels with a vision of growing consumer loyalty and increasing their lifetime value to the business.
• Focuses on driving customer retention and loyalty.
• Initate Loyalty program to ensure retention by designing the mechanics such as points collection/redemption, birthday offer,etc.
• Create customers' segmentation model and able to tailore relevant CRM program and message to target customers.
• Work closely with Product Marketing Manager to create CRM program for new launches
• Implements relevant CRM campaigns for offline and online, offering cross-platform communications.

 

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of experience in CRM, marketing, online marketing or advertising in a fast-paced and highly competitive setting. (within beauty industry is a bonus)
• Strong analytical skills coupled with project management and planning skills.

• Demands extensive cross-functional collaboration, good communication skills, excellent project managerial skills.
